[GreatFET] Intermittent USBErrors

Kind of a late followup, but anyway, Kate was right (in a private
mail) that the issue was my laptop powering down the greatfet due to TLP
(power settings on some Linux distros). To fix the issue, I blacklisted
the greatfet from TLP to keep it powered constantly.

In /etc/default/tlp, add the line:

USB_BLACKLIST="1d50:60e6 1fc9:000c"


That will fix my posted issue for normal mode and DFU mode.
