[GreatFET] GreatFET shipped from supplier

Looks like BuyaPi is first out of the gate!  We've also shipped GreatFET
One to Ada’s Technical Books, Hacker Warehouse, HakShop, and NooElec so
far.  We'll make an announcement early next week.
