[gvttc general] Sitting On Tables

GVTTC,

We’ve had a few incidents where sitting on the table and additional misuse has caused a need for expensive repair.  I ask us all to use a chair for sitting and the table for bouncing balls.  Please use common sense when handling all GVTTC equipment.

The longevity of a table is very important to our club strategy in keeping league fees as low as possible.  As I’m sure you can appreciate, if we find ourselves creating unnecessary expense to the club due to behavior we all know is wrong, it will cause a need for parts and tables much more often.  This, in turn, will result in raising of dues.

I ask that if anyone sees anything that doesn’t line up with proper table care, please don’t hesitate to ask that person to stop.  If needed, escalate the issue to any of us at ec at gvttc.com and we’ll be sure to step in.
