[gvttc general] GVTTC - Tournament Help

Hello everyone,

 

With our much anticipated tournament coming up next month.  This is the
first year we are running the tournament outside of the Rochester Sports
Garden and over at Bishop Kearney High School.  We want to make sure this
tournament is run smooth and we do not experience any unexpected
circumstances.  With that being said, we are looking for some extra
volunteers that are willing to help be a part of running this tournament.

 

We don't know exactly what we need yet but I can tell you some of the duties
where we do need assistance:

 

-          Friday night setup of tables, barriers, registration table etc.

-          Sunday night cleanup.  Taking down tables, loading the truck up
to return the tables back to the Sports Garden

-          Running the registration table

 

We might have more but for now those are areas where we need help.  If you
