[gvttc general] Need #4 sub today July 17

Hello,
My back is still not completely ok. Initially I was planning to play, but I
am thinking now that it might be better to skip this week to avoid future
damage.
Can anyone sub for me tonight?
If its too late, then I can play - just that I wont be 100%
