[gvttc general] Cancelling Wed League - Open Play if RSG is open

As of this moment, RSG is planning to open at 3 PM according to their website.

If Rochester Sports Garden (RSG) is open (I plan to give a follow up email later), then you are welcome to go to RSG for open play.
