[gvttc general] GVTTC - Tryouts Week 2

Hello everyone,

 

This Tuesday we will have our 2nd week of tryouts.  Below are the list of
people trying out.

 

Participants: (12 Total)

Format (Round 1):

-          I will have 3 groups of 4 players. 

-          Each group will play in a round robin format so you will be
playing at least 3 matches.

-          Each match will be best of 5 games

-          Each group will have 2 tables to play on and I will be using 6
out of the 8 tables.

-          The top 2 from each group will be IN the league.

-          Third place of each group will advance to round 2.

 

Format (Round 2):

-          One group of 3 players

-          Round robin format

-          Best of 5 games

-          The top 2 are IN the league

 

Play:

Like last week, we will be starting at 6:30 PM SHARP.  Please come early to
warm up.  *** Please attempt to by on time.  If you are late for your
scheduled match we will move on and have to forfeit your match  *** 

 

 

Rest of Club:

I will be using 6 of the 8 tables so feel free to come and use the other two
tables for practice.

 

Additional Info:

We have 36 players in total.  Here is the current list of classic leaguers
we have so far.  The first 12 will be a "one man" this year.  The rest are
in alphabetical order.
