Hello everyone,
 
Before I get to my update on tryouts, the executive committee asked if I could send a quick note on our registration process for this year.
 
** IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTE **
One of our goals as a club is to do a better job streamlining the registration process.  In prior years we have been very flexible on how players have registered to play in our club. We have numerous examples where players have paid to play in our club but never registered using our own website.  This has caused a bit of an administrative challenge and we would like to change that moving forward.  With that said, it’s important to note that everyone MUST register online with payment either by credit card (PayPal) or by check no later than May 21st.  Payment is the only way to secure your spot in any league.  Payment arrangement have been made in the past, however it must be worked out and agreed upon before any league begins with our Treasurer Jef McNinch.  The registration link will be coming soon.  Once created, please take a moment to fill it out.

Tuesday League – Tryouts Update:
Tryouts are 3 weeks away.  I wanted to send a friendly reminder to email me if you plan on tying out this year for the Tuesday classic league.  Below is the schedule for this year’s tryouts along with the current list I have marked for trying out.  If you do not see your name or would like to play, please let me know.
 
Tryouts:
Round 1 = 9/4 (I will run a round robin tournament.  You must advance to Round 2 in order to continue)
Round 2 = 9/11 (you have to advance from round 1 in order to play in round 2)
