[gvttc general] Rochester Sports Garden holiday hours

The RSG will be closed on December 23, 24, 25, and 31. Otherwise, it will
be open per usual hours with open play on December 22, 26, 29 and January
1, 2, 5. All league play will resume on the week of January 7.
