[gvttc general] Information Sheet

Hi everyone:

To help with guests and potential new players who visit our club, I have 
put an information sheet in a plastic folder on our bulletin board.  It 
explains most of the information about our club: leagues, open play 
times, fee's. etc.

Generally, when a guest or new player comes to the club, I or someone 
else (thank you!) explains how our club works.  This can be challenging 
for people to remember, so the information sheet can be given in 
addition to a club member speaking with them.  As everyone is very 
welcoming to guests, this is an additional way to create a positive 
impression of GVTTC.

This past Saturday, I spoke to two new people and they appreciated 
receiving the information sheet.
