[gvttc general] Invitation and Registration for the RIT Table Tennis Club Spring Tournament

[RIT Table Tennis Club]

Dear GVTTC Table Tennis Enthusiasts!

If you would like to play in RIT's TTC Spring tournament, please take a
moment to provide your name, email and phone number:
https://goo.gl/forms/VTSuefel4eS07RDl2 . The tournament will take place at
the Student Life Center, in basket ball court 5 from 1:30 PM to 7 PM on
Saturday, Mar 31 and Sun Apr 1. For directions to campus please visit:
https://www.rit.edu/maps/

Please find attached map to the Hale Andrews Student Life Center, please
park in lot D and proceed to the lower level entrance (tell the person at
the reception that you are playing or watching the Table Tennis
Tournament). Please remember to sign a waiver and bring your entry fees to
the venue.

The Events:

Saturday, Mar 31: *Giant Round Robin Tournament* ($10 entry fee, $5 RIT
student):
Groups of upto 8 players, separated by approximate skill level
*Top Prizes for each of the top three groups $25 Amazon Gift Card, trophy
for 2nd and 3rd place*

Sunday, Apr 1: *Open tournament with initial round robin groups of 4
players* ($10 entry fee, $5 RIT student)
*2 move up to the main single elimination with the other two to the
consolation single elimination*

*1st prize main group $35, 2nd $25 Amazon Gift CardsTop Prize consolation
group $10 Amazon Gift card, 2nd trophy*
