[gvttc general] GVTTC - Classic League Trouts for Week 2

Hello everyone,
 
This Tuesday we will have our 2nd week of tryouts.  It looks like I have 10 to 11 spots available for this year.  I am waiting to hear from one person to determine the total.  I should have that by this Tuesday. 

Below are the list of people trying out.
 
Participants: (17 Total)

Format (Round 1):
-          I will have 4 groups in total (3 groups of 4 and one group will have 5). 
-          Each group will play in a round robin format.
-          Each match will be best of 5 games
-          Each group will have 2 tables to play on and I will be using all 8 tables.
-          The top 2 winners from each group will be IN the league.
-          Third place of each group will advance to round 2.
 
Format (Round 2):
-          One group of 4 players
-          Round robin format
-          Best of 5 games
-          The top 2-3 are IN the league
 
Play:
Like last week, we will be starting at 6:30 PM SHARP.  Please come early to warm up.  *** Please attempt to be on time.  If you are late for your scheduled match we will move on and have to FORFEIT your match to keep play continuous ***  
 
Rest of Club:
I will be using all 8 tables.  I don’t anticipate using them all night so I am guessing around 8 PM the tables should start freeing up.  I plan on using tables 1 and 2 for round 2.
