[gvttc general] GVTTC - Classic League - Tryouts Week 2 Results

Hello everyone,

 

Last night we completed all but ONE match for the second round of tryouts.
It was an intense night, a lot of fun and some great matches.  Out of the 11
spots we had available we have 9 of those spots filled so far.  The last 2
spots will be determined next Tuesday.  I will explain below.

 

Here are the 9 spots that have been officially filled.

Paul Nielsen

 

If you see any of these individuals please congratulate them.

 

Next Tuesday before we our pick teams, I am going to make up the last match
between Travis Kokx and Vadim Feygin.  This match will determine the last
two spots we have between Travis Kokx, Randy Bitner and Vadim Feygin.  If
you come to practice and see this match in process, please understand this
is a tryout match so please respect that space as they play.  I am going to
hold off on submitting the rating central results until this match has been
completed. 

 

What's Next?

-          Next Tuesday (9/18) all the one men will gather and we will
select teams using a draft.

-          Feel free to come and PRACTICE as all tables will be available
for open play.

-          League play begins on 9/25.  I will work on generating all teams,
schedule, and updating the website as soon as we have our teams drafted.  It
will all be posted on the GVTTC website and I will communicate that when it
is ready.

-          2018/2019 league rules are here:  If you are a new classic league
member, PLEASE take a moment to read the rules here; especially on how
finding SUBS for this league.
