[gvttc general] RIT Table Tennis Tournament - Invitation

[RIT Table Tennis Club]

Dear GVTTC Table Tennis Enthusiasts!

RIT Table Tennis Club is organising a fund raising tournament on 20th April
2019. Hereby, we invite GVCTTC to participate in the tournament.

There will be two categories of play: round robin and knock-out. Round
robin will start at 9am and knock-out at 3pm. (please see attached poster
for more information).

Registration fees $10 per event  and $5 per event for RIT students.

The tournament will take place at the Student Life Center, in basket ball
court 3 from 9AM to 8PM on Saturday, April 20. For directions to campus
please visit:
https://www.rit.edu/maps/

proceed to the lower level entrance (tell the person at the reception that
you are playing or watching the Table Tennis Tournament). Please remember
to sign a waiver and bring your entry fees to the venue.
