I hope the RIT tournament went well! I am hoping you can share this with
your Rochester connections. It is pretty far and kind of last minute but I
figured it couldn't hurt to ask! See below.

Good afternoon,

We are the Binghamton University Table Tennis Club, and we are excited to
announce that we will be hosting the Doubles Tournament in the West Gym
Basketball Courts on Sunday, April 28th from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are in
the process of inviting students and players from other universities,
nearby high schools, and clubs adjacent to Binghamton.

We have many competitive players that would be interested in playing others
of or above their skill level, and we would like to invite you to our
tournament.

The tournament format is as follows:

First, there will be group stage matches, followed by knockout round(s). *We
are guaranteeing 3 matches to every single team.* We will set up the
schedule on Saturday, April 27th. So, *the last day to RSVP is at midnight
on Friday, April 26th.*

There will be prizes given to those who place first and second in the
tournament. *The cost of participation in the doubles league will be $5 per
person, so $10 per doubles team.* *We will be accepting payments on the day
of either in the form of cash or Venmo. *

If you wish to play in this tournament, please fill out the *RSVP form
attached below*. Again, the last day to RSVP is Friday, April 26th. We can
only have 24 teams participate in this tournament due to time constraints,
so please RSVP ASAP if you are interested in playing!

We are so enthusiastic about hosting our first intercollegiate tournament!
We hope to make it a success, and that you will help us achieve this! We
encourage you to join, because it is a good chance to play with new people
and gain more experience!
