[gvttc general] GVTTC Open League starting 7/31/2019

Hi all,

As mentioned a few months ago, we'd like to try out an Open League for
GVTTC to allow for you to scratch that competitive itch as your schedule
permits. In this league, you'll play 2-4 matches against some randomly
selected peers and points will be awarded both for showing up to play your
matches and for maintaining/improving your RatingsCentral rating each
night.

Signup will be needed for each session but will be a simple web form with
your name and email address - more on that soon! In order to participate
during this trial period, you must have an active summer membership (league
or open play). We'll be using up to 6 tables, depending on registration
numbers, so there will be at least 2 tables still available for open play.
