[gvttc general] 2019 GVTTC Awards Banquet and Business Meeting

Hi All,

Following another successful and fun filled year at GVTTC we will be
holding our annual award banquet and business meeting on Friday April 26 at
Burgundy Basin Inn, 1361 Marsh Road, Pittsford, NY, 14534. The primary menu
choice will be a Tuscan Buffet. The buffet consists of carved roast sirloin
of beef, carved hickory smoked baked ham, chicken parmesan, steamed
vegetables, roasted rosemary potatoes, penne pasta with marinara sauce.
Secondary menu options include vegetarian lasagna (layers of pasta,
assorted vegetables, cheese, marinara sauce) and chicken fingers/fries for
any child 6 years and older.

Price of the meal is included for any paid league or full session open play
member (2018/2019 season). It will be necessary for all guests to pay for
their meal - Tuscan Buffet ($31), Vegetarian Lasagna ($26), Chicken
Fingers/Fries ($20). There's no charge for children 5 years and under (as
long as they eat from the Tuscan Buffet) and there is a $5 discount for any
child guest between 6-12. Meals can be paid for when you check in at the
banquet registration table (cash or check) or via PayPal prior to the
banquet.

Banquet Activities Schedule:
- Banquet Check-in/Registration (6:00 - 6:30PM)
- Business Meeting (6:30 - 7:00PM)
- Meal (7:00 - 8:00PM)
- Award Presentations (8:00 - 9:00PM)

Please complete the following banquet registration form for every attendee
(including children 5 years and under). We need your response prior to
Monday April 15. We can't guarantee seating or meal for anyone who attends
the banquet without registering.
