We need you to click the link below to answer 3 yes/no questions in this survey that will take you less than 30 seconds.  GVTTC will be making FINAL decisions based on this survey and this survey alone.  Unfortunately, if you don’t answer, you run the risk of being left out of the league all together.  If you answered before, please fill this out again.

The deadline to take the survey is Sunday Aug. 16, 2020 and there will be no exceptions made beyond that date.  These questions will be used for all final decisions on league formats, total teams, and more.

Monday League - For 2020, we are breaking up the league in 2 parts the same way we currently run Wednesday regardless of survey outcome.
Tuesday & Wednesday decisions will be based on Survey results
