[gvttc general] Rochester Sports Garden Participation Process

As we near the start of our leagues, I’d like to communicate RSG’s new process to both inform and better speed up start times.  Much of this can be done in advance or prior to entering the facility the day of play.  There are two steps to this process.

1)  Setup your RSG account.  Do this once by clicking below

2)  EACH TIME YOU ENTER RSG - QUESTIONNAIRE REQUIRED
Everyone will need to do a health screening when they arrive at RSG. They use testalerts.com <http://testalerts.com/> (Save this on your phone)
The RSG site code is 48552D. 
The best way to do this is to use your phone when you arrive in the parking lot. 
You scan the QR code below with your phone's camera (instructional document with QR Code also below) and a link will appear on the screen that will take you to the test alerts site with our facility code already entered. 

You will have to create an account which can be done today to save you time.  Following that, you will need to log in to your account and fill out the questionnaire. At the end, you will either get a green checkmark or a red flag. You need to show this to the staff at RSG when you arrive and based on that you’ll be allowed to enter the facility.

We look forward to competing again.  I’d also like to share my appreciation for all those that helped get us to this point.  We shouldn’t take that for granted especially when you look at other fall sports that are either cancelled or delayed.
