[gvttc general] LAST CHANCE/DAY TO REGISTER - Tournament April 3

All,

First, we noticed that the website is down as of last night.  Don’t worry … we’re on it and who knows, we might just move over to our new site sooner than later.

Secondly, last chance to register as the draws will be made tonight after 10pm.  No submissions will be allowed tomorrow. It’s also important to remember that if a person signs up WITH payment, they take precedence over someone that is bringing cash even if you informed me prior to the paying individual or showed up in the spreadsheet.  A name with the “x” marked paid on the spreadsheet is the only fully registered player.  There will be no exceptions made on this.  It’s not looking like it will be a problem for most events anyway but it could always happen and we’ve been very clear on this point as it’s super simple to pay using PayPal.

NOTE: We are NOT using USATT ratings.  We’re using www.ratingscentral.com for this event.  This allows you to avoid USATT membership costs for this event.

I believe the Sports Garden opens at 8:45 am so we’re going to do our best to get things moving quickly and on time.  In the event you’re later by more than 15 minutes of an event start time, you run the risk of defaulting that match.  We may not have the luxury of a ton of practice time either.  Spectators are not allowed unless accompanying a minor who is playing.
