[gvttc general] Play sheet errors

Hi All,

Berl has pointed out that the stats software is not working correctly in 
that it using players' current ladder rankings to determine byes and not 
/*initial*/ player ranking as we published in the league schedule.

I am in the process of fixing this and will post corrected play sheets 
shortly.
