GVTTC,

I am honored to have been elected Treasurer and would also like to thank
Jeff McNinch for his service over the years.

Moving forward, I will do my best to simplify the payment process for both
leagues and open play to make it easier for everyone involved. This mostly
includes eliminating cash transactions so that everything is accounted for
electronically.

To get started, if you plan on attending open play on a regular basis for
the month of August, please click on the following link to purchase a
monthly or summer open play membership from the GVTTC Shop: GVTTC Shop
<https://www.gvttc.com/shop>. Monthly passes will be active for the
FOLLOWING month so you must purchase in July for August, and in August for
September, etc.

Many of you have already done this and I have added your name to the
unlimited open play list also available on our website: Unlimited Open Play
List

This list will also include all of those active in a league once they start
up again in the Fall.

I will be posting this list up at the Rochester Sports Garden on the first
of every month so that we know who has paid and who needs to purchase a day
pass. For those of you that typically pay $5 cash for open play, I will
also be posting a QR code next to the unlimited open play list that you can
take a picture of with your phone to be brought directly to the website to
purchase a day pass. Again, we are trying to eliminate cash transactions as
much as possible to simplify the accounting process.
