After extensive discussion, spelling and software corrections, 
tournament results are now correctly posted.  Here are Rating Central

I believe I can now process tournament results in a timely manner given 
the same sort of results report Marc originally sent me.  In the future, 
please help by double- and triple-checking name spelling and 
capitalization.  Two of the error were due to these types of issues (and 
are easily overlooked).  For example "Charlie Warbois" (Charlie Worbois) 
and GianCarlo (Giancarlo).  The third problem was one that crept into my 
software.  If you're interested in details, read on...

To prepare a report my software downloads a player list from Ratings 
Central.  For league play I limit the search to GVTTC members in NY.  Of 
course for a tournament I had to expand the search to players in USA, 
and this may not cover Canadian players for a large tournament.  Anyway, 
this larger search generates duplicate names, notably three Mike 
Browns.  Originally the software wasn't smart enough to detect these 
duplicates and just used the first match it found.  To better resolve 
this, I now search a GVTTC member's list (that has no duplicates), then 
failing that, the larger RC list but using the member's RC ID found in 
the club list.  This technique successfully resolved all of the player 
names.
