[gvttc general] Saturday April 3rd Non-Sanctioned Rating Central Tournament

All,

We’re excited to announce the first of what we hope to be many tournaments to elevate the competition and get us closer to normal play.  We’ll be competing at our home club Rochester Sports Garden in Henrietta, NY.

Take a look at the flyer and email me directly if you have any questions or would like to enter.  The information is on the flyer including how to enter.  A paid entry (using PayPal) is considered LOCKED IN … Club Officers will accept cash in person as well.  Pay at the door is possible BUT does NOT guarantee your spot in the event.  We won’t have an online registration for this tournament but hope to in the future.

All singles events will be best of 5 matches with a best of 7 finals (time permitting … I’ll make that decision as tourney director).  Doubles will be best of 5 including finals.
Results will be uploaded to Rating Central.  Non-sanctioned means that this is not a USATT tourney which avoids USATT tournament fees.

All tables will be reserved for this tournament unless an event entry total warrants opening up tables.

We look forward to a fun event.  Side note, hope you like the new logo …. New website is under development as well.  Stay tuned for that.
