> All,
>
> I’m happy to announce our next Unsanctioned Tournament on Saturday Oct. 23, 2021 with a 9:30am start time. The style of the event will be different than anything you’ve experienced in the past and will guarantee 9 matches IF we max out the event. We’re only accepting 32 people so sign up immediately at our website under tournaments to lock in your spot. As always, money talks which means your spot is locked in if paid through our website.
>
> This event is for ALL LEVELS in the same event. The theory is that by seeding round 1 groups from 1 to 32 into next round upper and lower groups two times, you’ll end up having your last 3 matches be battles with your peers. Should be fun and depending on it’s result, we may run this as a sanctioned USATT Main Event tournament in the future.
>
> Registration is - $15 for all Members (League OR Monthly Open Play) / $30 for all Non-Members

> The format of the event is below.
>
>
> Round Robin 1: is seeded normally to create 8 groups of 4
> Round Robin 2: splits the top 2 finishers of each round 1 group into an upper group and the bottom 2 finishers of each round 1 group into a lower group
> Round Robin 3: Takes positional finishers in upper and lower round 2 finishers and pulls them into a final positional finals round robin. The four 1st place finishers in group 1. The four 2nd place finishers in group 2 … etc.
>
> We hope to have you participate in this fun new format that I’m sure will yield a wide variety of match levels and styles.
