Jacob,

To clarify, it’s not an AND thing … it’s an OR. They won’t happen at the same time. Lessons take priority over the junior table until lessons are over IF that scenario presents itself.
Unless a training is going on OR if there are at least 3 juniors (that want to circle up on a table) 1 or 2 tables will be used during those times. Trainings go an hour. That leaves 5 tables in the event 2 are being used for short windows. King of the Hill table is a table anyone can call on and will remain. For that table, Like you, I ask myself if I want to wait for a table to potentially play 1 match and lose out on more matches. That table typically attracts top players for that reason and is also something they have requested to ensure matches of equal skill level or they won’t show up (in some cases).

So, there will never be less than 5 tables available for what you’re referring to.

Andre

That said, like in the past, when we get to a point where all tables are full and people are standing and waiting, we need to startup the list for most of the tables. The format works like this.

As referenced in a previous email, if your name is NOT on the list posted on the cork board at RSG which is updated every month by our Treasurer Adam Johnson then you owe $5 anytime you show up that month. Please refer to https://www.gvttc.com/openplay <https://www.gvttc.com/openplay> to see if you’re on the unlimited play list. Additionally, paying $5 cash will begin to become less and less accepted by GVTTC. Using PayPal is our preferred method on our site which is EASY after your first time. We’re looking to eliminate cash transactions by the end of the year.
