[gvttc general] Summer League Stats Update

Hello all,

The summer league page has been updated for ladder stats.  We are still working on team stats.  Thank you for your continued patience as we are still working on this new program.

For now you will see the following buttons updated:

Ladder Stats:
- Page 1 - Will display your match results along with point change
- Page 2 - Overall ladder list and change
- As you know we are trying a new program.  With that said a new ladder approach is being used here.  We are shying away fro the "two up, two down" mentality and trying a simple point system.  
- We are not done, we plan on improving this more and adjusting when needed.

New Ladder:
- This will show you the next ladder night matchups and table assignments.
- I have requested to show the date of play on the score sheets so you know if it has been updated.

If you see any issues, comments or concerns, please let me know.

Rating central link is live but I am behind on updating the last couple weeks.  That will be updated soon.
