As a result, I have decided to bump everyone up one position and allow <span style='color:black'>Rahul Aggarwal come in at the 36<sup>th</sup> spot to finish out the year.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:black'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:black'>For those who did not know, Uwe is from Germany and has been living in Syracuse. He was traveling each week from Syracuse to Rochester to compete in our league. He is planning on going back to Germany after our tournament, sometime in March I believe. Uwe’s skill level has been very impressive. He went to Erie this year and competed in his first tournament and has established a nice 2284 rating. Very nice! On our ladder nights, he has been consistent at the #1 spot all year. He has gone out of his way to help teach us a few things about this game. He has even offered to help us run the tournament we have coming this March, which he does not have to do.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:black'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:black'>As a result I am going to honor the #1 spot to him for this season’s ladder night. I think it is fair to say that he deserves that spot based on these credentials. We will recognize him at this year’s banquet for taking the #1 spot as a thank you for his commitment to the club. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:black'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:black'>He is not done yet.
