Senior Product Manager ミ Software

Will be responsible for the software product management for NuCORE
Technologyユs digital image processors (semiconductors) which are
sold into the digital camera, digital video camcorder, and security
camera markets. In addition this person will also help in defining
and driving complete platform solutions. This is a great opportunity
to be an early member of the marketing team, as you will play a
strategic role in the direction of NuCORE and its products.

Responsibilities:
Feature definition of the software used with NuCOREユs Image
Processors, driven by customer needs for NuCOREユs target markets
Manage software requests from customers ミ prioritize for engineering
and communicate schedules back to the customer
Develop and manage a 3rd party software developerユs program
Define system-level platforms (hardware and Software) which are
complete solutions targeted to a specific target market.
Work with Japanese office to understand technology trends and
customer needs
Track industry trends to make sure platforms solutions are developed
on leading edge technology
Technical customer presentations
Marketing collateral ミ presentations, white papers, and product
brochures
Product level competitive analysis

Requirements:
Ideal applicantユs posses a BS/MSEE or CS/MSCS, with experience doing
either software product management or  software development in the
digital camera or digital video camcorder industry. Bilingual English/
Japanese is highly desirable. Knowledge of software programming is a
must and PCB board design is preferred. Also first hand experience in
the development of digital cameras or digital video camcorders is
very desirable. Experience in setting up 3rd party strategic
relationships and managing those relationships is also a plus. Should
also have experience in program management, conducting milestone
reviews, and the ability to influence and direct engineering teams
outside your direct reporting structure. Excellent written and verbal
communication experience is a must, as is the ability to think
creatively to ensure the success and profitability of the company.
