東北大学のセミナーのお知らせです。

"3D Transistor and its Application"

19日は、20日に開催されるスタンフォード大学と東北大学共催ワークショップに先立
ち、その講演内容を日本語で講演するそうです。テーマの一部はこんな感じです。

- Phyical device issues and constraints for real-world 22nm 3D devices
- Microscopic degradation in thermally grown SiO2 and plasma SiO2 under
high electric filed stress
- Integration of novel 3D structured devices
