[gvttc general] The " big players"

Yes I unfortunately have seen that in my own experience on playing on Saturdays.  While I do understand that playing with an opponent of lesser skill is not quite as much fun, I do think that good sportsmanship and helping other players improve their skills is an important part in making all members of the club feel welcome.
