We are currently seeking a Japanese Team Lead, Localization Quality
Assurance to supervise the testing of the international versions of our
games, with a major focus on our Japanese titles. You will be the point
of contact for all Japanese testing initiatives, and you will stay fully
informed of all aspects of language testing in general. You will be
responsible for the scope and depth of testing, leading a team of
testers working in several languages, communicating with other
departments, and coordinating testing across multiple platforms. Your
most important assets will be your ability to lead and motivate a team,
and to successfully build long term working relationships with key
stakeholders within our studio and in Japan. You should have excellent
interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, experience meeting tight
deadlines, and the willingness to work irregular hours. Computer
literacy and previous supervisory experience is a must; knowledge of
