[TDA_announce] Feedback on Time Domain proposal from the IAU Executive Committee

Dear Rob,
  Many thanks to everyone for doing all the hard work for the TD
commission, and it is an absolute pity that it has been rejected this time
around. I do think that it would be best if we were to stay within the
IAU-WG. The Data and Documentation WG seems to me to be the most
appropriate one right now.
